What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on custom pieces (unless they arrive damaged or show a defect we didn't catch). To make it right we will replace the item with another of the same or similar.
When will I get my order?
You will receive an email proof of your artwork within 3 business days. After the artwork is approved, we ship your order within 5 business days. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I place an order for a custom item or one that is not listed on your website?

Can I get a bulk order discount?
In some cases, yes. Depending on the product, artwork, and quantity. Even if we can't offer you a "discount" please know we always do our best to price our everyday items fairly.
